The apartments are fully automated. Two days before arrival, you will receive your personal access code. This code provides access to both the main entrance and your apartment. The property is unstaffed and is not a hotel, but should you require assistance, the reception at Hotel Aurora is at your disposal.

Whether you wish to prepare a simple breakfast or a full dinner, you will have everything you need available in the apartment.
The apartment also includes access to laundry facilities, allowing guests to wash their clothes during their stay. To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter kit upon arrival, including toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and a few essential household items. Please note that these supplies are intended for the beginning of your stay, and guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed during longer stays.
